Base Performance Co WILL NOT be held accountable for lost, delayed or missing parcels. This includes parcels which are missing due to an incorrectly provided shipping address.

Base Performance Co is an Australian company and all orders will be dispatched from our warehouse in Perth, Western Australia. If you are purchasing from overseas, please be aware that you may incur Customs Fees upon delivery of your package in your destination country.

As the customer, you are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes imposed by the country you reside in. Payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.

Please note that the total displayed on your checkout page does not encompass any additional duties. Base Performance Co has no control over customs and import taxes and any supplementary duties required will be communicated to you by the carrier.

In the event that you refuse to pay the customs fee, your order will be returned to the Base Performance Co warehouse and a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
